The PDF brochure management service once set up allows you to dynamically upload brochures and to allocate their placement on the site centrally via the COUNTA system used to manage the site.
For example. You might have a product brochure from a nut supplier dated 2018 and you want to publish that on your wing nut page, but also a page on metric nuts as well as on the aluminium nuts page. You upload the nuts brochure once and allocate that to the three pages. And when you want to remove it, you just delete it through the same control interface. The benefit of this is that you dont end up with pages you have not looked at for a while with out of date brochures. This is especially useful if you have a relativly large site.
