Please follow the directions below when sending over updates and changes.
Send 1 email per page and title the email with the page name, for example: how-to-send-updates-and-edits.php
And then detail the changes. DONT DESCRIBE THE CHANGES, just send the new text. For example, If I wanted to edit the above paragraph I would say:
Title: how-to-send-updates-and-edits.phpThe reason is that I have to think and find the place reffered to and its not always that simple, especially if edits relate to multiple pages and the directions are possibly vague. By following these directions you change a 5 minute job into a 1 minute job and get exactly what you want.
Change sentence: Send 1 email per page and title the email with the page name, for example: how-to-send-updates-and-edits.php To: Send 1 email per page and title the email with a huge edit exactly as I want it here the page name, for example: how-to-send-updates-and-edits.php
Please dont describe it, for example: In the line begining Send 1 please put 'a huge edit exactly as I want it here' between the word with and the page.
If the change involves images, please attach them with the email.
Remember to send one page edit at a time. So if your edits are for 3 pages, send 3 emails. This means I can work each email through one at a time which is useful if I need to pause between changes.
These guidelines help TWS help you and can be enforced under the terms and conditions if required if regular changes are made using formats that are unclear.
