TWS operates an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
The system includes carrying out audits of processes. Whilst reporting on this is not central to the ISO system, it is a fundemental part of the internal operation of it, and because TWS has internalised the process, it is both beneficial to report on process and could be of interest to customers. Audits must be carried out anually. Audits are integral to the management system and are listed in an audit schedule/matrix, which is effectivly replicated below.
